Gets given global property from PROPERTIES_FILENAME

Parameters:

key - property name

Returns:

property value (never null)

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - when property not set

isProperty

public static boolean isProperty(String key)

Finds out if the global property is set

Parameters:

key - property name

Returns:

true if property is set, false otherwise

setProperty

public static void setProperty(String key,
               String value)

Sets given global property

Parameters:

key - property name

value - property value

setupXMLInputFactory
