Creates histogram with name and range [minX, maxX]

Parameters:

name - of the data sets

xBins - the initial bin array (defines [minX, maxX] and nBins)

Creates histogram with name and range [minX, maxX]

Parameters:

name - of the data sets

xBins - the initial bin array (defines [minX, maxX] and nBins)

horizontal - whether binning is performed in X
