Get Tests as Cucumber Feature File.

Parameters:

testIDs - the test issue IDs whose feature files to retrieve

Returns:

Contents of feature file

Throws:

URISyntaxException - if the download URLs are invalid

MissingConfigurationValueException - if the configuration is invalid
