value - The value for which is searched closest on the scale.

Returns:

Closest value on scale, given the limit.

onSwipe

              float value,
              int division)

Handling a swipe gesture.

Parameters:

view - SwipePicker of initiating event.

value - The value from which need moved.

division - The number of divisions that have moved.

Returns:

The calculated value after the gesture processing which must be set to the view.
