User object - holds info about a user such as userId, email, roles, and permissions.

_id: BSON ID of entry/ user
userId: User's id.
oidcUserName: contains username identifier typically for LDAP
name: Full user's name
email: Email of user (can be used to send notifications.
roles: Roles for Deadbolt.
permissions: Permissions for Deadbolt.
