Classes for recording the output-names used as they are written / queried.

Class Summary

Class	Description
MultiLevelRecordedOutputs	Like RecordedOutputs but accepts two levels, first and second, like in a MultiLevelRecordedOutputs.
OutputEnabledDelta	Additional output-names to enable or disable from an existing set of output-enabled rules.
RecordedOutputs	Outputs recorded from RecordOutputNamesForWriter.
RecordedOutputsWithRules	Rules to determine what outputting occurs, together with maybe an entity that records the output-names that are used when writing / querying.
RecordingWriters	Two writers that record any output-names that are passed as arguments.
