Process a token that TreeTagger has analyzed.

Parameters:

token - the one of the token objects passed to TreeTaggerWrapper.process(java.util.Collection)

pos - the Part-of-Speech tag as produced by TreeTagger or null.

lemma - the lemma as produced by TreeTagger or null.
