Process the probabilities for the last token provided to TokenHandler.token(O, java.lang.String, java.lang.String).

Parameters:

pos - the Part-of-Speech tag as produced by TreeTagger or null.

lemma - the lemma as produced by TreeTagger or null.

probability - the probability of the tag/lemma.
