public class FilterContainer
extends com.vaadin.ui.VerticalLayout

A container wrapper for multilevel filters in the report parameter forms. Each filter is a select that can be configured independently. The first level is always the main select which carries the final value.

select - Base select that should be filtered

level - A level of filtering

items - Items to show in the filter

addValidator

Adds a validator to the first filter - the one the value is taken from eventually.

Parameters:

validator - A Vaadin validator

getLevels

public List<com.vaadin.ui.Select> getLevels()

Gets a list of filtering levels.

Returns:

A list of filtering levels

getValue

public Object getValue()

Gets a value from the first level.

Returns:

A value of the whole filtering widget

setValue

public void setValue(Object value)

Sets the value in the first level.

Parameters:

value -

validate

public void validate()

Validates the value in the first level.

filterFields

protected void filterFields(Integer startLevel)

Filters values beginning from a #startLevel.

Parameters:

startLevel - The level the filtering starts
