AndroidAtmosphereInterceptor	Fix for the Android 2.2.x bogus HTTP implementation
AtmosphereResourceLifecycleInterceptor	This AtmosphereInterceptor implementation automatically suspends the intercepted AtmosphereResource and takes care of managing the response's state (flushing, resuming, etc.) when a Broadcaster.broadcast(T) is invoked.
