TYPE_VETTINGS_CACHE

Either nil or a raw pojo containing a VettingsCache, for caching the results of type checks against object types that are already marked shared. Since method and function signatures are always shared, as well as types used by LookupTrees, this improves lookup performance and argument/return type checking substantially.
