public interface ExecContextPlugin

Marker interface for ExecContext plugins.

There is no predefined method that an ExecContextPlugin must implement. But we introduce a specific type for ExecContext plugins to enforce type safety.

ExecContextPlugin's that need to be aware of tool life cycle must also implement ToolLifeCycleExecContextPlugin.
