Sorts the managed instances based on their dependencies.

Below is the array of callbacks:

• Element 0, has PreRemove callback

• Element 2, has PostRemove
• Element 3, has PostPersist, PostRemove

Parameters:

updates - the list of instances to be updated

removals - the list of instances to be removed

sortedRemovals - the sorted array of instances to be removed
