Vcf2FlatGenotype converts .vcf files into ADAMFlatGenotype-containing Parquet files.
For large VCF files (e.g. the 1K genomes vcfs) the converter has the option (through the -sample_block option) of breaking up the output into separate parquet files, each containing a subset of the samples.
