ClaimTasksAction	Claim all the selected workflows.
PerformTaskStep	This step displays a workfrow item to the user and and presents several possible actions that they may preform on the task.
RejectTaskStep	This step is used when the user has selected to reject the item.
UnclaimTasksAction	Unclaim all the selected workflows.
