Initiates the restoration of a snapshot.

restoreCompleted

Restoration restoreCompleted(String restorationId)
                             throws SnapshotNotFoundException,
                                    SnapshotInProcessException,

Called by the process responsible for performing the restoration from DPN to Bridge Storage upon completion of the transfer.
