BinaryDataLoader	This class is used, together with a CODEC, to move data to/from the Encog binary training file format.
BufferedDataSetIterator	An iterator for the BufferedNeuralDataSet.
BufferedNeuralDataSet	This class is not memory based, so very long files can be used, without running out of memory.
