Constructor and Description
com.sun.enterprise.admin.monitor.stats.TimeStatisticImpl(long, long, long, long, String, String, String, long, long) use the other TimeStatisticImpl constructors. Counter, maxtime, mintime, totaltime, starttime last sampletime are automatically calculated at the first measurement.
