extends SignedEndorsingSupportingTokens

Signed, endorsing, encrypted supporting tokens are signed, endorsing supporting tokens that are also encrypted when they appear in the wsse:SecurityHeader. Element Encryption SHOULD be used for encrypting the supporting tokens.
