Dereferences the specified URIReference and returns the dereferenced data. uriReference - the URIReference xMLCryptoContext - an XMLCryptoContext that may contain additional useful information for dereferencing the URI. This implementation should dereference the specified URIReference against the context's baseURI parameter, if specified.
