Construct a ProgressFeedback with a given text notice.

Parameters:

strNotice - The text notice to display in the ProgressWindow.

bHideAbortButton - will hide abort button

bShowInStudioGlassPane - will show in studio pane

Parameters:

strNotice - The text notice to display in the ProgressWindow.

task - The task to execute in a separate (worker) thread.
