PropertyCodeGenerator.Factory for buildable types: that is, types with a Builder class providing a similar API to proto or @FreeBuilder:

• a public constructor, or static builder()/newBuilder() method;
• build(), buildPartial() and clear() methods; and
• a mergeWith(Value) method.
