Represents the set of config or administrative actions that may be performed by a user on a GatewayEntry. It has nothing to do with invoking or following the entry itself. Evaluating these questions is a bit inelegant with the current setup-- the whole area could use some refactoring. This inner class exists so that these transgressions can be grouped together and replaced easily in the future.
