Returns valid status choices based on the current ProposalLog's Type. Choices are selected as follows:
Temporary:

• Temporary
• Void

Permanent (and Disclosure):

• Pending
• Void

When Disclosure type is implemented Permanent and Disclosure may need to be separated.
