annotateHeatMap

Can annotate SVG heatmap.plus charts made by R. Reads and writes using StAX, adding row and col attributes to elements corresponding to data points in the heatmap. All indexes can be calculated using nRow, nCol, nRowAnnotations and nColAnnotations.
