Constructor. Defaults the JCE providers to the CryptoExtensions.getJCESensitiveProviderName() and CryptoExtensions.getJCEProviderName() values.

Parameters:

sigProvider - The name of the JCE provider used to sign and calculate message digest. If this value is null of empty, the CryptoExtensions.getJCEProviderName() value is used.
