DataOfficerAdmin	DataOfficerAdmin is the class that is called by the View Server to initialize and terminate the Data Officer OMVS.

DataOfficerInstance	DataOfficerInstance caches references to the objects it needs for a specific server.
DataOfficerInstanceHandler	DataOfficerInstanceHandler retrieves information from the instance map for the view service instances.
DataOfficerRegistration	DataOfficerRegistration registers the view service with the OMAG Server administration services.
DataOfficerRESTServices	The DataOfficerRESTServices provides the server-side implementation of the Data Officer Open Metadata View Service (OMVS).
