public class OMESServiceInstanceHandler
extends GovernanceServerServiceInstanceHandler

OMESServiceInstanceHandler retrieves information from the instance map for the engine service instances. The instance map is thread-safe. Instances are added and removed by the EngineServiceAdmin class.
