SecurityOfficerInstance	SecurityOfficerInstance caches references to the objects it needs for a specific server.
SecurityOfficerInstanceHandler	SecurityOfficerInstanceHandler retrieves information from the instance map for the view service instances.
SecurityOfficerRegistration	SecurityOfficerRegistration registers the view service with the OMAG Server administration services.
