List<DeviceDescription> getKnownDevices(String interfaceId)

Retrieve the list of known devices from the backend / persistence for use in the HomeMatic listDevices(...) function. According to the HomeMatic spec, the DevicDescription only need their ADDRESS and VERSION fields set for this use case.
