Exception Summary

DuplicateEntityException	Indicates that two entities with the same id were found in a GTFS feed as it was being read.
EntityReferenceNotFoundException	Indicates that a GTFS entity has a reference to another entity that has not been seen before in the feed and that we don't know how to specify a default agency id for that entity as result.
NoDefaultAgencyIdException	Indicates that no default agency id (see GtfsReaderContext.getDefaultAgencyId() was specified for a particular feed.
