This executable test suite (ETS) validates OWS context documents in accord with the OGC OWS Context Atom Encoding Standard (OGC 12-084r2) and related specifications.
The test run arguments are summarized in the following table. The Obligation descriptor can have the following values: M (mandatory), O (optional), or C (conditional).
