SNMPAlarm	MIB implementation for alarms. Represents an alarm as a table row.
SNMPAlarmMIB	Implementation of the alarm part of the JASMINe MIB. This MIB only contains a tabular object: the alarms' data. This class must only be manipulated via its unique instance.
