Accounting	Common interface for the PowerTAC accounting service.
Auctioneer	Interface that defines the publicly accessible methods a Power TAC auctioneer has to implement.
BalancingMarket	Interface that defines the publicly accessible methods a Power TAC balancing market has to implement.
BootstrapDataCollector	Object that collects bootstrap data for initializing brokers.
