Types of tool action. Tool actions are keyboard controlled actions installed in the root editor holder. To support tool actions, the editor must sync to the explorer manager from RootEditor.Context.explorerManager() and not install keyboard actions that conflict with the desired tools. The keyboard triggers are based on the Pcl script commands.
