ServiceCommand create(String sourceId,
                      String destId,
                      String command)

Returns a ServiceCommand for the given command string. Returns null if the command string is invalid.

Parameters:

sourceId - command source

destId - intended command destination

command - command string to use

Returns:

ServiceCommand for the given command string, null if the command string is invalid
