userId - an unique sakai internal user id.

siteId - an unique sakai site id.

This method perform signup process for adding user into the event/meeting.

Parameters:

meeting - a SignupMeeting object.

currentTimeslot - a SignupTimeslot object.

selectedAttendeeUserId - an unique sakai internal user id.

selectedTimeslotId - a string value

Throws:

Exception - throw if anything goes wrong.
