    Each trait defines several methods for logging and level val that can be overridden to control the level at which those methods log entries. See Logger for an example.

    Represents all automatically collected information regarding the location of a log method call.

    Represents all automatically collected information regarding the location of a log method call. This class exists so that the log method calls contain only one implicit parameter and that it's unique enough that a call to the implicit LogCallLocation.capture() method will be generated to fulfill the argument.

    When the entry is created, the information contained in this class is broken up into several entry fields (sourceLocation, loggingClass and loggingMethod).

    sourceLocation

    the source file and line number of the logging method call

    className

    the (optional) class name from which the call was made (reflects the outermost class in the case of local class definitions)

    methodName

    the (optional) method name from which the call was made (reflects the method name on the class specified by className if such a method exists)
