connectURL - the url to which the connection is to be made to

URLConnector

Constructs a URLConnector with the given protocol, host, port number and the url suffix of the file on the server

Parameters:

protocol - the protocol for this url

host - th host address

port - the port number of the host communicated with

urlSuffix - the name of the file to be communicated to
