Creates html validation report

Parameters:

source - an InputStream instance that is the source Machine Readable Report.

destination - an PrintWriter to write the HTML report to.

Throws:

TransformerException - if an unrecoverable error occurs during the course of the transformation

TransformerException - file system exceptions
