OperationListener	Listener that is invoked to notify on success or failure of the suspend operation.
ServerActivity	A server activity that may have to finish before the server can shut down gracefully.
ServerActivityCallback	Callback interface that subsystems and other entry points can use to let the suspend controller know that all requests have finished.
