Parameters:

args - the command-line arguments

determineEnvironment

                                                            ElapsedTime elapsedTime)

Establish the ServerEnvironment object for this server.

Parameters:

args - any command line arguments passed to the process main method

systemProperties - system properties

systemEnvironment - environment variables

launchType - how the process was launched

elapsedTime - tracker for elapsed time since the process was considered to be started
