  Ping service for readiness.
  

• processList

   void processList(ProcessListRequest request, StreamObserver<ProcessListResponse> responseObserver)

  List "processes" running on the cluster.
  

• status

   void status(StatusRequest request, StreamObserver<StatusResponse> responseObserver)

• getDeploymentContext

   void getDeploymentContext(GetDeploymentContextRequest request, StreamObserver<GetDeploymentContextResponse> responseObserver)

  Get configuration state for the deployment
  

• registerRunner

   StreamObserver<RegisterRunnerRequest> registerRunner(StreamObserver<RegisterRunnerResponse> responseObserver)

  Register a Runner with the Controller.
  Each runner issue a RegisterRunnerRequest to the ControllerService
  every 10 seconds to maintain its heartbeat.
