TrailblazeTool

A marker interface for all Trailblaze commands.

All Trailblaze commands should implement this interface and be @kotlinx.serialization.Serializable.

ai.koog.agents.core.tools.ToolArgs from Koog is extended to allow us to use existing TrailblazeTool types as koog tool arguments.
